Are you truly FREE? ...new workshop

We recently celebrated 4th of July as Independence day in the USA.

Freedom is defined as follows in a dictionary:

free·dom /ˈfrēdəm/

noun: freedom * the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint

Freedom in Wikipedia is described as follows: "Freedom, generally, is having the ability to act or change without constraint. Something is "free" if it can change easily and is not constrained in its present state. In philosophy and religion, it is associated with having free will and being without undue or unjust constraints, or enslavement, and is an idea closely related to the concept of liberty. A person has the freedom to do things that will not, in theory or in practice, be prevented by other forces."

I apologize for the academics but based on the definitions, I wanted to ask you some questions:

Are you really thinking and acting out of FREE Will?

Are you pursuing your heartfelt goals?

Are you living your life the way you want to?

And is that bringing you happiness?

OR

Are you simply following the rules of the society and environment you are exposed to without thought, maybe disliking them at some level?

Following the same routines dictated by how you grew up even if they make you uncomfortable?

Or maybe you are still following certain guidelines to keep you and your loved ones safe and secure even though you don't understand why?

Are you doing what is "right"?

Checking off all the "shoulds" and "musts" and "have tos"?

If all or some of the above excites you, and brings you joy, good for you!

I am truly happy for you!!

If you are not, ask yourself WHY you're taking certain sets of decisions and actions that you don't feel good about but go about it because "everyone" else is doing it or because it is the right thing to do and to keep the peace & keep everyone else happy; Conform to societal rules and expectations.

I hope you take some time to think about what your heart really calls out to do.

I hope you slowly start breaking your chains, and truly think and act in freedom!

You don't have keep following rules when they don't make sense to you anymore!!

You are a free person in a free world!!!

Also understand doing what you would like to do isn't selfish, it is actually very much needed for your own contentment and joy so you can spread the same to your own family and community.

I'm not talking about drastic life upending steps and shirking our core responsibilities, I am suggesting small mindful changes to your thinking to create new habits that bring peace.

Small changes with big impacts.

I won't say it is easy or instant but once you start you will see there will be no going back. It does take a lot of courage to start making the changes, but it isn't impossible.

Are you ready to take on the challenge so you can meet 2020 and beyond with a strong heart and a strong step?

Are you ready for change?

Are you ready to move forward?

Are you ready to feel more alive and free?

I have been hosting FREE monthly support group meetings for women at the local libraries since Fall 2016. Check out the reviews at my website and LinkedIn profile.

I will be bringing the same format this Fall on 3rd Sundays of the month from August through December 4pm to 5.30pm at the Alpharetta Public Library.

The group meetings are absolutely FREE and for women only ~ I facilitate them in my Mother's honor. Here are more details with themes for each month, click here.

Attend one or attend all, it's up to you, though attending them all will be more beneficial. We will be using handouts created by industry experts, group discussions, and meditations to come to our answers.

Supplement with individual paid coaching to get accelerated & focused results for yourself. The first session is always complimentary.

Don't let a busy today take away a brilliant tomorrow!

Come feel the strength of a support group!!

There is power in a group working together, women supporting each other!!!

Do RSVP, so I have enough material to share plus get reminders closer to date.

If you can't make it to the meetings in person but would like me host them for you or your group, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
